This wedding planning timeline made its way to me from Wedding Wire, which is an online platform to help you plan your wedding (and on which I have a listing and a ton of great reviews)! I don’t love everything that comes through from these online planning sites, but this timeline seemed to be right on with what I have learned from my ten years in the industry. These kinds of guides are only suggestions, not rules, so don’t feel like you need to do everything it says. (Plenty of couples have reached out to me just months before their wedding and hired me to be their photographer.) I hope this is helpful, and if it’s not then just cruise right by!
