Once again, September is upon is, and with it comes oodles of families looking to schedule portrait sessions amidst the fall foliage. It’s not that I don’t love outdoor family portraits in the fall – it’s that there is never enough time (and never enough foliage) to make as many family portraits as I am asked to do. My availability is very limited to a few weekend times and a handful of weekday afternoons. So if you have fall family portraits on your mind, now is the time to get them scheduled!
For inspiration, here are a few cute photos from a session I did last fall with a family in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, right in the shadow of the Bunker Hill Monument. As always, with this family I made every effort to capture lots of laughter, authentic interactions, and the simple joy that comes from being part of a family.
