Every year in late November, I hear from a handful of frantic families who need last minute family portraits for their holiday card. And either I say no because it’s too cold and dark and uncomfortable in those waning days of autumn, or they decide they don’t want to invest in a full session when what they really want is just one cute digital file for the holiday card.
Enter: the Mini Sessions.
This year, I am offering one day of Mini Sessions: Saturday, November 6, 2021 in the Arnold Arboretum of Jamaica Plain. Mark your calendars!
Mini Sessions are the perfect way to get beautiful family photos without a big investment of time or money. Sessions are only 15 minutes; all we need to get you a terrific selection of proofs. After viewing your proofs online, you’ll select and download one high resolution digital file (presumably the holiday card photo) and choose one photo to be printed as an 8×10 to display in your home. (HINT: this can be the start of a stunning gallery wall!) Additional prints and digital files are purchased a la carte.
The cost for all of that is only $250, less than half the cost of a full session.
