In early June, I got to spend nearly a whole day photographing the food, drinks, interiors, and chef at the Fireplace Restaurant in Brookline. I love restaurant photography – I always feel like I am getting a peek into a secret world when I get to know who is making the food, how it’s being made, and (of course) what it tastes like! Thanks to the Fireplace for not only hiring me to make their photos, but also feeding me a delicious lunch 🙂
Here are just a few of the photos we made that day – I photographed lots more dishes and made some beautiful shots of the dining room as well. The Fireplace is not only a great place for a lovely lunch or dinner, but they also cater private events, have a fun bar perfect for after-work drinks, and participate in a number of community events. So look for them next time you’re in Washington Square!
