I have been photographing weddings of all shapes and sizes since 2009. My specialty is photographing small weddings, intimate ceremonies, backyard celebrations, and City Hall weddings where the focus of the day is on the love, the joy, and the commitment, and the honest interactions between couples and their friends. The couples who I work with plan weddings and elopements that are personal, unique, and incorporate traditions that mean something special to them. I am honored to work with many couples who either don’t see themselves represented in the traditional white, straight, cis-gendered wedding industry, or – if they are represented – they recognize what’s problematic about who they don’t see.
