As Massachusetts heads towards reopening, families and photographers are daydreaming about family portrait sessions! The quarantine has made me realize just how much I love the simple joy of getting to witness families interacting and playing with each other. I thought I’d reach into the past and find some fun family portraits to highlight, to bring us all inspiration for family the outdoor photos to come.
NOTE: When the state does begin to open up, most photo sessions will be outdoors, but this is perfect for me! I love when families can be themselves and when the kids can play, run, and jump so outdoor locations are always my preference for family portraits.
We’ll definitely practice social distancing and likely wear masks during much of the shoot (when you’re not actually being photographed.) You can tell that these photos were taken a few years ago, pre-pandemic, but know that I look forward to creating similar happy and carefree photos of your family soon!
