This weekend was a busy one for portrait photography! I did a family portrait session on Friday, 2 engagement sessions on Saturday and one on Sunday. And we managed to fit them all in despite the terrible weather! I include engagement portraits in all of my wedding packages because I it’s a great way for me to get to know the couple, it helps them get comfortable with being photographed and because who doesn’t want nice pictures of themselves with their sweetie! We always choose a location that means something for them – maybe where they got engaged, maybe some place where they spend a lot of time together – and spend about 45 minutes shooting and having fun. Congrats go out to Laura & James, Sam & Danny, and Carolyn & Hernando, all of whom will be married within the year! Here’s a few faves from this busy portrait weekend.
